Cassan & Canada West drop WJAC Opener to Denmark

Winnipeg Jets 1st-rounder Nikolaj Ehlers had 2 goals to lead Denmark to a 3-2 victory over Canada West in the opener for both at the 2014 World Junior A Challenge in Kindersley, Saskatchewan.

Mikkel Aagaard had the other goal for the Danes, while a pair of Penticton Vees Gabe Bast and Tyson Jost had the markers for Canada West.

Canada West will play their final pool play game tomorrow night (Tues) when they take on Russia at 7:30PM
