The 2025 Canadian Junior Hockey League Trade Deadline is set for Friday. Jan 10th, 2025 at 5:00 PM, and ahead of that day I'll keep you up to date on all the moves involving the MJHL & SJHL teams

January 6, 2025 

The Melville Millionaires (SJHL) trade G Loic Morin ('04) to the Virden Oil Capitals (MJHL) in exchange for a player development fee.  

January 4, 2025

The Virden Oil Capitals (MJHL) trade D Jonah Vandehorst (‘07) & F Parker Rolston (‘06) to the Winnipeg Freeze (MJHL) for F Liam Goertzen (‘06) 

The Winkler Flyers (MJHL) acquire F Andrew Morton (‘04) from the Rockland Nationals (CCHL) for a player development fee 

January 3, 2025: 

The Winnipeg Blues (MJHL) trade D Jack Linton ('04) to the Northern Manitoba Blizzard (MJHL) for D Dane McInnis ('08) 

The Steinbach Pistons (MJHL) trade F Mason Bernier ('08) & player development fee to the Winnipeg Blues (MJHL) for G River Leslie-Toogood 

The Humboldt Broncos trade F Josh Sale ('05) & G Ty Matanovich ('05) to the Weyburn Red Wings for G Dazza Mitchell ('04) & a 2nd round pick (2025 '09 draft) 

January 1, 2025: 

The Steinbach Pistons (MJHL) trade G Zach Burleigh ('05) to the French River Rapids (NOJHL) for a player development fee.
