TUES. SEPT 12TH/23:
Brendan Olson had two assists to lead the Melville Millionaires to a 2-1 road preseason win over the Notre Dame Hounds on Tuesday night.
The Mils got their goals from Kole Keen and Felix Beauchemin while William Dyke (6 saves on 6 shots) & Ethan Rau (9 stops on 10 shots).
Kanyan Unger replied for the Hounds, who were outshot 51-16 by Melville.
SAT. SEPT 8TH/23:
Cade Kennedy scored the game winner just 57 seconds into overtime to lead the Yorkton Terriers to a 4-3 win over the Melville Millionaires on Saturday night.
Anthony Domina, Shaden Duliak and Dylan Ruptash also scored for the Terriers while Curran Wintonyk-Pilot, Luc Bydal and Jase Konecsni replied for the Millionaires.
Terriers G Caleb Allen made 32 stops to earn the win in goal while William Dyke (11 saves on 12 shots) and Ethan Rau (19 saves on 22 shots) split the Millionaires goaltending duties.
FRI. SEPT 7TH/23:
The Melville Millionaires won their 2nd straight preseason matchup after a 3-1 victory on Friday over the Yorkton Terriers.
Curran Wintonyk-Pilot, Felix Beauchemin and Matt Kjemhus scored for the Mils while Dalton Mayes replied for the Terriers.
WED. SEPT 6TH/23:
Felix Beauchemin scored the game winner at the 2:55 mark of overtime to lead the Melville Millionaires to a 5-4 win over the Weyburn Red Wings in their preseason opener.
Jake Briltz, Cohen Swan, Colten Sell and Ryan Larsen also scored for Mils, while Ethan Rau (12 of 14 shots) & Brendan Smith (9 of 11 shots) split goaltending duties.
Brad Banach scored twice for Weyburn while Liam Fitzgerald and Zach Vaillancourt chipped in with singles.
