It was a golden week for Melville's Mitchell Dales (pictured far left) and his rink at the 2016 Optimist U18 International Curling Championships in Edmonton, Alberta.
Dales and his Wadena foursome of Dustin Mikush, Mitchell Schmidt, Braden Fleischhacker and Coach Verne Anderson won the Gold medal with a 7-6 over Quebec in an extra end.
