The Swan Valley Stampeders were busy ahead of the Dec 1st roster deadline.
The Stamps first acquired 19 year old F Tanner McKechnie from the Estevan Bruins.
The Regina product had 5 points in 16 games with the Bruins this season.
The Stamps then picked up defenceman Michael Sande from the Dryden Ice Dogs (SIJHL) for futures.
Sande who hails from Mission, BC had 2 assists in 6 games with the Ice Dogs.
Then, the Stamps pulled off a big trade with the Waywayseecappo Wolverines.
Swan picked up 18 year old F James Maxwell (pictured above right), 18 year old D Taylor Redmond (pictured above bottom) and 18 year old G Ethan Peterson (pictured above left) in exchange for MJHL rights to 18 year old F Elijah Carels, 18 year D Anthony Cuglietta and future considerations.
Maxwell (Stonewall, MB)- 7G 6A for 13 points in 24 games
Redmond (Victoria, BC) - 0G 3A for 3 points in 28 games
Peterson (Park River, ND - 0-15 6.39GAA 0.855 SV%
Carels is a former draft pick of Swan while Cuglietta was acquired by the Stamps from the Battlefords North Stars earlier this week.
