Swan Valley gets their first win 4-3 over Way Way; Mils fall in Kindersley

The Swan Valley Stampeders were able to get goals from 4 different players and were able to hold off a late Way Way charge as they got their first win of the season defeating the Way Way Wolverines 4-3. Brayden McDonald, Max Flanagan, Bo Clinton and Jeff Bartel scored for the Stamps. While Brett Lafond got 2 goals for the Wolverines including one on a penalty shot , and Brett Pinkerton got the other.

While in Kindersley, the Mils record fell to 3-2 on the season as they fell 3-1 to the Klippers. Russell Trudeau got the lone goal for the Moneymen. Former Yorkton Terrier tender and Calder product Warren Shymko with the win in the net stopping 21 shots.
