Vlanich is now a Nipawin Hawk




The Yorkton Terriers have sent 19-year old Forward Jamie Vlanich to the Nipawin Hawks for 16-year old defensive prospect Ross Hnidy.

Vlanich, a native of Trail, British Columbia scored 9 goals and 17 assists for 26 points last season his 1st season as a Yorkton Terrier.


While Hnidy who nearly made the Saskatoon Blades, is a 6'0 212lbs defenseman who will play this year with SMAAAHL's Saskatoon Contacts.

    I don't get it...to me the Terriers are going to struggle to score this year. So the first trade they make is to send someone who scores a few goals for a prospect they will probably never see.
