Naud leads Way Way to 6-4 over Neepawa.

Jean-Michel Naud had a breakout game as his hat trick helped the Way Way Wolverines to their first win of the season over the Neepawa Natives 6-4. Newcomers 20 year olds David Haaf and Zane Morin, who were acquired earlier in the week each got goals from pretty much the same place on the ice from the point and Wolves captain Curtis Veitch was credited with an empty netter late. Derrick Brooks, TJ Sneath and Brayden Cuthbert replied for the Neepawa Natives. Wolves 20 year old goalie Cory Simons stopped 36 shots to get his first victory of the season.

While in Wilcox, the Yorkton Terriets dropped their first of the season a 2-1 loss to the Notre Dame Hounds. Jeremy Johnson's third of the seas was lone goal for the Terriers.
