Wayway Wolverines involved in 3-team deal



The Wayway Wolverines have made another deal to bring in some more youth into the organization.

The Wolverines have dealt 20 year old F Rhett Lough to the Portage Terriers in exchange for 18 year old forward Ryan Mignault & rights to 17 year old Ethan Stuckless.

Lough, a Winnipeg product had 19 goals, 46 assists for 65 points in 104 career games with the Wolverines. Currently this year he had 2 goals 7 assists for 9 points in 16 games.

In return the Wolverines get Mignault, a Thunder Bay, ON product who last year with the Kenora Thistles (Manitoba Midget AAA) had 24 goals and 45 points in 39 games. This year in his rookie season with the Terriers he had 3 goals, 1 assist for 4 points in 11 games.

The 17 year old Stuckless hails from Flin Flon, MB & has 8 goals, 4 assists for 12 points in 16 games this season with the Manitoba Midget AAA's Norman North Stars.


In the other part of the deal, Lough along with 20 year old Adam Wowryk were sent by Portage to the Winnipeg Blues for James McIssac, Takato Cox and Aiden Buhler
