Wadena product Jenna Pomedli is a Provincial Curling Champion.
Pomedli and her rink that curls now out of the Saskatoon Nutana curling club captured the Curl Sask U20 Provincial Championship in North Battleford, with a 7-4 victory over Saskatoon's Ava Beausoleil in the Final.
The rink which also features local product Verne Anderson as Coach now advances to represent Saskatchewan at the 2024 Canadian U20 Curling Championships that runs March 24th to March 31st in Fort McMurray, Alberta
Saskatoon's Matthew Drewitz captured the Men's championship with a convincing 8-2 win over Martensville's Dylan Derkson in the Gold Medal game.
