Grey Cup 100 Train Tour comin to Yorkton tomorrow!



The Grey Cup 100 Train Tour which is travelling coast to coast in Canada will make a stop in Yorkton tomorrow along the CP Line at 3rd Avenue South and Livingstone St right behind Liquidation World from 11:30am to 1:30 pm. The Cup will arrive in the city on a specially outfitted train, and fans will be able to tour three special rail cars like a mini CFL museum about the storied history of the Cup and fans will also get their chance to have their picture with the Cup.

The Yorkton celebrations will also include a community BBQ, sponsored by Harvest Meats and the Yorkton Co-op and will be held at the Western Financial Group City Center Park from 11:30am to 2pm with proceeds going to Yorkton Minor Football. Also some entertainment provided by the YRHS Marching Band. There will also be a special ceremony at 12 noon to celebrate the Cup.
