Stamps use 5 different scorers to dump Neepawa

The Swan Valley scored early and didnt look back as they went on to defeat the hometown Neepawa Natives 5-1 on Friday night.

Dylan Reimer opened the scoring just over a minute in as he capitalized on a turnover and put it top shelf for his 15th goal of the season. Brayden McDonald would make it 2-0 deflecting a Gavin Froese point shot . Kyle Smart would get the third goal of the period his 8th of the year.

The Stamps would make it 4-0 when Dylan Favell would finish off a nice passing play from his linemates Mitchell Eisenberg and Max Flanagan for his 8th. Max Flanagan would cap the scoring on the Powerplay later in the 2nd period. Landon Noel would have his shutout snapped midway through the 3rd on a Neepawa Powerplay goal . Noel stopped 22 shots for his 10th Win of the season. Their record now improves to 13-8-1 on the season.

While in the SJHL , Zak Majkowski , Nathan Murray and Chase Norrish all scored and the Yorkton Terriers got a 24 save performance from Dawson McAuley who recorded the victory.

Terriers will host Flin Flon Bombers on Sunday at 6:00 FAA on Teddy Bear Toss night at the rink.

While the Melville Millionaires sent 24 shots on goal but couldn't get any past goaltender Davis Jones as they fell 1-0 to the Nipawin Hawks. Alex Wakaluk 33 saves but took the loss.
