After scoring only 18 goals in 11 games to start the season, the Melville Millionaires have now scored 10 in their last 2 victories including a 6-0 win last over the Estevan Bruins.
Dalton Menke, Reed Murray and Eric Meyer led the way with a goal and an assist each while Lane Harbor, Drew Litwin and Cole Berreth also scored for the Mils. Texan Brennen Miller chipped in with 3 assists.
The Mils also had their 2nd straight shutout, but this time it came from a different goaltender as Trevor Martin stopped 26 shots for his 1st SJHL shutout. Martin now has 0.74GAA and a 0.977 SV% so far in 4 games as a Millionaire.
Mils will go for their 3rd straight win on Saturday night when they host the Kindersley Klippers at 7:30 from the HCUC.
