Friday Night Recap

The Yorkton Terriers snap their 2 game slide as they defeated the Flin Flon Bombers 5-2 at the Whitney Forum.

Daylan Gatzke led the way with 2G 1A while Tyler Giebel, Josh Ellis and Devon McMullen also scored for the Terriers. 

Kale Thomson stopped 23 of 25 for the win.

The Terriers will finish off their 2 game roady in Nipawin Against the Hawks on Saturday night.

The Melville Millionaires have lost for the 2nd straight night falling 4-0 in Melfort.

Adam Fauchoux led the way for the Mustangs with 2 goals. Isaiah Plett stopped 19 shots in a losing cause for the Mils.

The Mils next action will be Wednesday when they host the La Ronge Ice Wolves.

The Swan Valley Stampeders were also shutout on Friday night as they lost 3-0 to the Winnipeg Blues.

Graham Hunt turned aside 32 shots in a losing cause.

The Stamps will go right back at it on Saturday night hosting the Neepawa Natives at 7:30 .
