Waywayseecappo wins; Mils lose on Tuesday Night Recap
The Wayway Wolverines and Selkirk Steelers combined for 12 goals in regulation, but it would be the Wolverines getting that decisive 13th goal in the shootout as they slipped by the Steelers 7-6 on Tuesday night.
Brock Paddock had the game winner for Wayway while Brayden Cullum (1G 2A), Alex Keena (1G 2A) and Johl Swedlo {pictured above) (2G 1A) all had 3 points each to lead the way.
Aaron Dupasquier and Ty Enns chipped in with singles.
20 year old Greg Harney made 27 saves for the Wolverines to get the W.
The Wolverines will have the night off tonight (Wed) before they start a 3 game in 3 night stretch on Thursday night visiting the Winnipeg Blues at 7PM

In the SJHL.
For the 2nd straight game, the Melville Millionaires fell in defeat to the Viterra division leading Weyburn Red Wings, this time a 4-0 loss on home ice.
Former Yorkton Midget AAA Mauler goaltender and rookie netminder Carter Phair made 26 saves for his 1st SJHL shutout.
The Mils next action will be on Friday when they host the 4th installment of the Highway 10 battle against the Yorkton Terriers. GX94 will have all the action on Friday from the Horizon Credit Union Center with Yorkton Dodge Junior Hockey, pregame 7:20 pxp at 7:30.

Speaking of the Mils, they have traded 19 year old forward Brett Kitt (pictured above) to the Melfort Mustangs (SJHL) for Future considerations (player development fee)
The Brandon, MB product had 3 goals, 8 assists for 11 point in 22 games with the Mils.
