North Valley Eagles get set to host 2023 SHSAA 1A 6-a side Provincial Final on Saturday

For the first time ever this weekend,  the North Valley Eagles will host a SHSAA Provincial Football Final.

The Eagles will entertain the 4-time defending 1A 6- a side provincial champion Hafford Vikings on Saturday from Lemberg.

"The community has really came together and got behind our team, and to win a title on home field would be pretty special', said Eagles Head Coach Bob Mayo.

This will be rematch of the 2022 Provincial Final which the Vikings won at home, 38-16 for their 4th straight title.

"They are gonna be tough, their offence is very good with a great quarterback & group of receivers, but I think if we play our game at our best we will be right there", Mayo added.

Kick-off will be at 1:00PM on Remembrance Day Saturday with admission being $8 for Adults, $6 for Students while Legion members get in FREE.
