Allen Kilback got his 2nd of the night just 20 seconds into the overtime period to lead the Melville Millionaires to their 3rd straight victory as they beat the Melfort Mustangs 5-4 on Wednesday night at the Northern Lights Palace.
TJ Constant (his 3rd goal in as many games), Adam Koopman and Kelvin Walz also scored for the Mils while Connor Tudor & Dylan Ostertag chipped in with 2 assists each in the win.
Rookie Richard Palmer stopped 24 of 28 shots to get the victory.
The Mils will head into the Xmas Break with a 20-8-2-2 record just 1 point behind their rivals the Yorkton Terriers for first in the Viterra division, and their next game will be when they host the Terriers at the HCUC. Pregame 7:20, Play by Play at 7:30 on GX94.
