Stamps outshoot Blizzard but drop 4-2 decision on the road

Despite outshooting OCN 49-33, the Swan Valley Stampeders were 4-2 losers on the road last night to the Blizzard in MJHL action last night.

Michael Fortin and Riley McKay scored for the Stamps while Zach Degraves made 29 saves in the losing cause.

Brady Keeper led the way for the Blizzard with 1G 2A while Camacho Lathlin, Mitch Friesen and Daylon Campbell also chipped in with singles.

Emiliem Boily was impressive stopping 47 shots for the win.

The Stamps next action will be tomorrow night (Wed) when they host the Wayway Wolverines at Centennial Arena in Swan River. GX94's coverage begins with the pregame 7:20 pxp at 7:30 with Yorkton Dodge Junior Hockey
