Terriers drop 3-2 home decision to La Ronge on Thursday night

The Yorkton Terriers tried to snap their 4 game slide against the La Ronge, but they were unsuccessful last night losing 3-2 on home ice to the Ice Wolves.

Cole Porter scored 2 goals for the Ice Wolves including the game winner on the PP with 2:46 to go help La Ronge Ice Wolves to extend their point streak to 14 games.

Dexter Robinson and Carson Welke scored for the Terriers in the loss while Matt Kustra was once again very solid making 30 saves.

The Terriers next action will be tonight (Fri) when they visit the Humboldt Broncos at 7:30. GX94 will broadcast the game with Yorkton Dodge Junior Hockey, pregame 7:20 from the Elgar Petersen Arena.
