Baseball Saskatchewan handed out a plenty of Provincial baseball championships over the weekend including some with local notes.
At Jaycee Beach in Yorkton, the White Butte Broncos defeated the Melville Millionaires 9-1 in the final to capturew the 2016 Mosquito AA Tier 1 Provincial title.
Meanwhile in Langenburg, the Carrot River Loggers proved dominated as they hammered the Glaslyn Mudhens 16-1 in Gold Medal game to win the Bantam AA Tier 4 Provincial championship.
Elsewhere on Sunday at the Pee Wee AA Tier 4 Provincial championship hosted in Watrous, the Wynyard Blues beat the host Laker 14-6 win the provincial title.
