The Minot State Beavers Men's Hockey won the ACHA Division 1 National Championship on Wednesday in Chicago with a 9-5 victory over Lindenwood University in the National Title Game.
Yorkton native and former Swan Valley Stampeder Daniel Lamb had a 1G and 2A in the final game and also was named the Tournament's Most Valuable Player while Michael Jordan (Former Millionaire), and Logan Herauf (former Millionaire) each had 1G 1A. Former Millionaires dman Bob Pond and former Millionaires goalie Riley Hengen were also members of the Beavers.
