J. Johnson nets Hat Trick as Terriers dump Ice Wolves; Wayway falls in Dauphin

Jeremy Johnson got his 19th, 20th, and 21st goal of the season as the Yorkton Terriers doubled up the La Ronge Ice Wolves 6-3 on Thursday night.

Patrick Martens, Kailum Gervais, and Zak Majkowski got the other Terriers goals. Kale Thomson stopped 6 of 9 shots but then was relieved by Dawson McAuley who stopped all 17 shots he faced.

The Terriers will return to action on Saturday in Assiniboia when they take on the Notre Dame Hounds 7:30

The Wayway Wolverines dropped their 2 game losing streak after falling 4-2 to the Dauphin Kings. Brett Pinkerton and Kyle Threndyle got the goals for the Wolverines.

Cory Simons stopped 30 shots in a losing cause.

The Wolverines will host ex-Wolverine Riley Feser and the Selkirk Steelers at 7:30 Wayway Arena Complex.
