Tough Tuesday

The Yorkton Terriers were the only local Junior team to get a point on Tuesday night as they fell 5-4 in the shootout to the Estevan Bruins.

Dylan Johnson, Jordan Evans, Daylan Gatzke and Dallas Rossiter scored the Terriers while Dawson MacAuley stopped 35 shots in the shootout loss.

With the point, the Terriers are now 2 points back of Estevan for 3rd in the Viterra Division.

The Terriers will go right back at it tonight (Wed) when they host the Weyburn Red Wings at 7:30. GX94 will broadcast the game with Yorkton Dodge Junior Hockey, pregame 7:20 from the FAA.

Despite the loss, the Mils are still 2 points up on Weyburn for top spot in the Viterra Division.

The Mils will host those very same Red Wings on Friday night at 7:30 from the Horizon Credit Union Center.
