Yorkton Terriers' Proof of Vaccination goes into effect this Saturday

Effective October 1,2021 the Province of Saskatchewan has introduced a public health measure requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative test for COVID-19 for entry to paid sporting events.  In order to be compliant with this mandate, starting at our game on October 2 versus the Notre Dame Hounds, the Yorkton Terriers will require all fans age 12 years and older to provide proof they are fully vaccinated or produce a negative test result.

Fans are encouraged to arrive at the game early as there will likely be delays.  Volunteers will be available at tables set up near the east and west entrances to the Westland Arena and at the Terrier window to check your information.  Once proof has been provided, you will be given a wrist band which will be required for entrance into the arena.

Acceptable proof of full vaccination includes either:

·         A printed copy, photo or screen shot of your vaccination record from e-health, or

·         Record of COVID-19 Immunization card provided at the time of your vaccination

Photo Identification will also be required.

Proof of a negative test provided by a certified health care provider within the past 48 hours can be provided in paper copy, screen shot or photo along with photo identification.

Any fan 12 years of age or older will require a wristband to enter the arena.
