Terriers fall in Nipawin.

The Yorkton Terriers got 1 out of a possible 4 points on their northern road trip after falling 3-1 to the Nipawin Hawks.

Tyler Giebel got the lone goal for the Terriers while Kale Thomson stopped 28 shots in a losing cause.

The Terriers will return to action on Frosay when they visit the Melfort Mustangs

  1. what you think you in first place you can slack off and fall apart.i wouldnt put it past melville taking over first place if they keep winning and the terriers keep losing like they did this weekend.better pull up there socks if they want to keep first place.

Hey Benny, great blog. Would you be willing to do a WMBL blog for the Mils and Cardinals baseball clubs? Would be awesome.

  3. I think as Terrier fans we have become spoiled in getting to watch some pretty good hockey here over the past 10 years. We've seen two league championships, 2 league final losses, and just some overall very entertaining hockey. This year they are in first in the south and have only lost one home game in regulation and we still give them a hard time. Some franchises in the sj, would kill for that kind of success.
