Anderson's 5 points leads Knox past Ochap in PJHL Action

The Fort Knox scored 4 goals in the 2nd period and that was enough as they dumped the Ochapowace Thunder 10-3 on Wednesday night in Wolseley.

Brayden Anderson led the way point wise for the Knox notching 1G 4A while Bryton Beattie chipped in 3G 1A. Travis Lemaire, Brandon Kayter, Andrew Williams, Zack Korchinski, Colton Maclean and Zack Cardiff had the others. 

Matthew Cameron led the way for the Thunder with a 1G 2A , while Ben Mack and Dennis Peepeetch had the other goals for Ochap.m

Josh Switzer stopped 23 shots for the win while Benji Taypotat stopped 35 of 45 shots in a losing cause. 

The Knox next action will be on Friday when they host the Regina Capitals at 8:00 from the Fort Rexentre.

While In the MjHL,

The Swan Valley Stampeders got back on the win track as they doubled up the OCN blizzard 2-1.

BJ Avery and Carter Johnson got the markers for the Stamps while Graham Hunt made 44 saves for the win in goal. 

The Stamps next action will be on Saturday when they visit the Neepawa Natives.
