Couple graduating Yorkton Terriers' commit to University hockey for this fall

 


The Yorkton Terriers are pleased to announce that a couple of their graduating players will be advancing their hockey careers at the university level.

Terrier captain Corwin Stevely (pictured above left) will be suiting up with the University of Regina Cougars while forward Dakota Odgers (pictured above right) will head east to play with the Carleton Ravens (OUA) in Ottawa, Ontario this fall.

Stevely, a Regina product played in 177 career games with the Terriers compiling 37 goals, 53 assists for 90 points. He also was apart of a Canalta Cup, Western Canada Cup and RBC Cup championship in 2014.

Meanwhile for Odgers, who hails from Spy Hill played in 41 career games with the Terriers netting 14 goals & 22 assists for 36 points. He also helped the Terriers as an "AP" win their first of back to back league title in 2013.

Odgers also played just under 250 games in the WHL with the Swift Current Broncos, Vancouver Giants and Moose Jaw Warriors.
