McAuley re-assigned to Terriers

The Medicine Hat Tigers announced today they have reassigned 18-year-old goaltender Dawson MacAuley to the Yorkton Terriers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League.

The move came about as a result of yesterday's acquisition of 20-year-old goaltender Cam Lanigan from the Portland Winterhawks.

  1. Wow....this surprises me. I thought with the way he had been playing, that he was there for good. I'm sure he's very disappointed.

  2. goaltending has been a problem for the tigers, they have been giving up alot of goals. He had one good game to start the year then it was lights out after that. The tigers had to go out and get a veteran goaltender.

  3. Could be wrong but I think the Tigers had more issues than just their goaltending. Seen them play...they are pretty weak defensively as well.
