Stampeders are back in the win column, 6-5 win over Dauphin

The Swan Valley Stampeders got a Power play goal with 1:59 to go in regulation from veteran defenseman Riley Hiebert as they came from behind to beat the visiting Dauphin Kings 6-5 .

Jagger Thomas led the charge for Swan Valley notching 2 goals, while Kyle Smart, Max Flanagan, and Justin Valentino (eventual game winner) got the other markers for the home town Stamps. Alcide Grenier 29 saves for Swan Valley who improve their team record to 2-3-1 on the young MJHL season.

The Stamps will take on these same Dauphin Kings on Saturday in Dauphin.
