STAMPEDERS 2, TERRIERS 4
In the first meeting since January 2020, it was the Portage Terriers getting the better of the Swan Valley Stampeders on Friday.
Mason Smith scored a couple goals while Logan Calder and Matt Wisener chipped in with singles to lead the Terriers to a 4-2 victory.
Noah Fladager got the Stamps' on the board in the 2nd, and then Jackson Betcher pulled them within one with a 3rd period powerplay goal, but that's as close as they would get.
The two teams will wrap up the 2021 portion of their schedules on Saturday night at Stride Place for a 7:30PM puck-drop.

BRUINS 2, TERRIERS 5
Maddux Nollski netted his first careet SJHL hat-trick to lead the Yorkton Terriers to a 5-2 win over the Viterra-division leading Estevan Bruins at the Westland Insurance Arena.
Nolan Wutzke and Erik Boers also scored for the Terriers who got 31 saves from Kael DePape in the win.
Kade Runke and Eric Houk replied with the goals for the Bruins.
The Terriers' are now officially on their Christmas break, and they'll return to action on Dec. 31st when they host the Melville Millionaires.
MILLIONAIRES 4, RED WINGS 1
16 year old Carter McKay chipped in with 1 goal and 2 assists to lead the Melville Millionaires to a 5-2 win over the Weybrun Red Wings on Friday.
Nicolas Samson, Cole Larocque and Jake Spak also scored for the Moneymen.
Ethan Whillans replied with the lone marker for the Red Wings.
Mils' goalie Jared Thompson made 27 saves on 28 shots to earn the win.
Melville will wrap up their pre-Christmas schedule on Saturday hosting the Notre Dame Hounds at 7PM from the HCUC.
