MJHL:
The Swan Valley Stampeders' dropped the 2nd game of their weekend road-trip falling 3-1 to the Winkler Flyers.
Mike Svenson (2) and Trent Sambrook scored for the Flyers, while Justin Keck replied for the Stampeders.
Kobe Grant made 36 saves on 38 shots in the Stamps' goal in the loss.
The Stampeders' return to action on Friday night hosting the Selkirk Steelers.

For the 2nd straight night the Melville Millionaires score 5 over more goals but this time around they fell 7-5 to the Weyburn Red Wings.
Zach Cain led the way offensively with 1G 2A while Carter McKay, Aiden Robson, Noah Wills and Breckin Den Hartog also scored.
Kelton Pyne allowed 6 goals on 34 shots for the loss in the Mills' goal.
The Millionaires' return to action on Tuesday night starting a 4 game in 5 night road trip visiting the La Ronge Ice Wolves. GX94 will broadcast the game with the pregame at 7:20 and play by play kicking off at 7:30PM.
Meanwhile, the Yorkton Terriers' dropped their 4th straight after a 5-2 road loss to the Kindersley Klippers.
Tommy Bouchard made 26 saves in the for the Terriers, who got markers from Clay Sleeva and Pavel McKenzie.
Yorkton returns back to home ice on Wednesday hosting the Humboldt Broncos at the Westland Arena.
