Terriers' 3 game win streak snapped by Broncos

The Yorkton Terriers had their 3 game winning streak snapped as they fell 1-0 to the Humboldt Broncos on Tuesday night.

The first period ended scoreless with both teams having some great chances especially the Terriers who had 3 power play chances but they couldn't convert.

The 2nd period would start similar to the opening frame as both teams would go back and forth but half way thru the middle frame it would be the Humboldt
Broncos converting on the power play as Gray Marr would take a nice feed in the slot and put it top shelf on Kale Thomson for his first of the season to give the Broncos a 1-0 lead.

In the third, it would be by far the Terriers  best period of the 3 as they peppered Ryland Pashovitz with shot after shot but like the previous two periods couldn't get anything past the Humboldt Goalie.

Pashovitz would stopped all 30 shots he faced for his 2nd shutout of the season while Kale Thomson was once again very solid in the Terriers net stopping 32 of 33 shots in a losing cause.

The Terriers will continue their 7 games on the road on Friday when they visit the Battlefords North Stars.
