The Swan Valley Stampeders were 10:02 away from moving their win streak to 4 games but then the Steinbach Pistons ruined the party.
The Pistons scored 3 late goals including the game winner with just 11 seconds left to slip by the Stamps 4-3 on Sunday night.
Josh Tripp, Gavin Froese and Trevor Mann scored for Swan while Evan Last chipped in with 2 assists.
Zach Degraves took the loss in net making 26 saves on 30 shots.
The Stamps will now head on the road for the next 3 games starting on Wednesday night when they visit the Yellowhead Center to take on the Neepawa Natives.
