Alex Wakaluk, Melville MillionairesWakaluk won both of his starts last week, kicking out 65-of-69 shots and posting a .942-SPCT to go along with a weekly goals against average of 2.00. On Friday’s win over Nipawin, he stopped 33-of-36, including 24 straight shots to end the game after allowing one early in the second. He kicked off the week on Wednesday by turning away 32-of-33 in a 4-1 decision over Notre Dame.

Dallas Rossiter, Yorkton TerriersRossiter had one assist in two games played for the Terriers this past week; both games ended up being Yorkton victories. Rossiter has good size at 6’2” and 200 lbs and has been an excellent addition their blueline, playing with a physical edge. Rossiter also has 27-penalty minutes through the first five games of the season and Yorkton has been one of the stingiest in the league at giving up goals. Rossiter has been a key cog as to why.

Looks like a good pick up for the Terriers...they needed some size back there with the other smaller D that they have. Way to go D.R.
