SJHL/MJHL News and Notes - Nov 29th

                        


The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League announced their weekly awards winners from last week, yesterday (Mon). 

Yorkton Terrier netminder Caleb Allen was awarded the SJHL's Goalie of the Week. 

The 18 year old from Lone Tree, Colorado was solid in his 2 starts this past week leading the Terriers to a couple over time wins. 

Meanwhile, Melville Millionaires defenceman Louis-Frederic Theberge was named the league's defenceman of the week. 

The Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec product had 3 goals and 1 assists for 4 points this past week for the Moneymen helping them earn 5 out of a possible 6 points. 

In the MJHL, for the 2nd time this season Swan Valley Stampeder forward Trey Sauder was named a MJHL Star of the Week. 

The 19 year old from Swan River, netted 2 goals and 6 points in 2 wins this past week for the Stampeders over the Virden Oil Capitals.
