Scotiabank brings Canada’s celebration of hockey to Yorkton

 YORKTON, SK – – Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada’s cross-country celebration is coming to Yorkton. NHL AlumnusTM Marty McSorley (pictured above), will be at the Gallagher Centre Arena for Scotiabank Community HockeyFest, leading skills and drills with Yorkton minor hockey teams, signing autographs and taking photos.

The event in Yorkton is part of the country-wide celebration for Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada, the biggest celebration of hockey and the official holiday of Canada’s 5th Season. Yorkton’s events will be featured as a live remote location during the 13-hour Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada broadcast on Sportsnet and CBC.
