Moosomin product Dakota Boutin ended the longest game in Telus Cup history at the 18:36 mark of the third overtime, to lead Prince Albert Mintos to a 4-3 win over Châteaugauy Grenadiers in the championship final of the National Midget AAA hockey league final.
Assiniboia's Carson Cayer, a Yorkton Terrier prospect also scored 2 goals in the win
The Mintos have an unbeaten streak of 21 games at the national midget AAA tournament, dating back to 2006 and 2007 (these were their last 2 national titles)
