Terriers' captain Petruic commits to Carleton Ravens (USports)




The SJHL's Yorkton Terriers are pleased to announce that graduating captain Chantz Petruic has committed to the USports' Carleton Ravens for this fall.

The Moose Jaw product completed his unbelievable final season of Junior Hockey with a league-leading 58 goals, 51 assists for 109 points in 52 games while also adding 8 points in 4 playoff games, before the postseason was cut short because of the COVID-19 outbreak.

This past year, he was also named the SJHL's Most Valuable Player and Player of the Year.

Petruic suited up in 176 career games in a Terriers' uniform compiling 120 goals, 142 assists for 262 points.

He will join former Yorkton Terrier and Spy Hill product Dakota Odgers & Moosomin product Rykr Cole on the Ravens' roster.
