Wolverines drop 2nd straight, 4-0 to the Portage Terriers

The Wayway Wolverines dropped their 2nd straight game in Portage La Prairie Fire, Manitoba last night (Wed), 4-0 to the defending National champion Portage Terriers.

Troy Martyniuk stopped 27 of 31 shots in the loss for Waywayseecappo.

Former Melville Millionaires Josh Bykowski made 31 saves for the shutout in the Terrier goal.

The Wolverines return to the ice tonight (Thurs) when they host the Virden Oil Capitals. GX94 will broadcast the game with Yorkton Dodge Junior Hockey, pregame 7:20 pxp at 7:30 from the Wayway Arena Complex.
