2018 Tim Horton's Brier begins this weekend in Regina


The 2018 Tim Horton's Brier kicks off on Friday with the Wildcard game between a couple Manitoba rinks in Mike McEwen and Jason Gunnlaugson to try and earn the 16th and final spot in the event.

Among the rinks in the field it includes Team Saskatchewan which is skipped by Saltcoats product Steve Laycock and his rink out of Saskatoon.

Laycock and his rink of Matt Dunstone, Kirk Muyres and Dallan Muyres will kick of their event on Saturday afternoon at 2PM SK time when they face off against Quebec.
