Barry Trotz and the Stanley Cup will be in Dauphin on Wednesday

It's going to be an outstanding day in Dauphin, Manitoba today (Wed) as Barry Trotz and the Stanley Cup will be in the city to celebrate the Washington Capitals Stanley Cup championship this past spring.

The day will kick off with a parade which will go from 12:30PM to 1PM MB time starting at Henderson Elementary School and ending at Credit Union Place and then there will be pictures with Barry Trotz and the Stanley Cup from 1PM to 5PM MB time at Credit Union Place that will cost just $2.

There will also be a hot dog sale, where you can buy a hot dog, chips and a drink for $5.  A raffle table and 50/50 tickets will be on site, as well.

The day will cap off with a Meet & Greet with Barry and the Cup at the Lion's Den.

The cost for this will be $1000, which includes entry for two. Food, drinks, and a silent auction items will also be there.  Only 40 pairs of tickets are available for the Meet & Greet.  To reserve your spot today, call Whitney at 204-572-6140.

Also Barry Trotz will match donations up to $75,000 that are raised from the day, with the money going back into the community of Dauphin.
