Cockburn & Fortin lead way as Swan Valley beats Dauphin in Tuesday's Junior A Preseason Recap

The Swan Valley Stampeders earned their first win of the preseason on Tuesday night as they held on for a 5-4 win over the Dauphin Kings at the Centennial Arena.

Callum Fortin (3A) and Swan River's Carter Cockburn (2G 1A) led the way with 3 points each for the Stamps who also got goals from Cory King, Rylan Gudnason and Joel Delorme.

Leeam Tivers led the way with 2 goals for the visiting Kings.

The Stamps' continue their preseason on Thursday night when they visit the the Whitney Forum in Flin Flon to take on the hometown Bombers.
