The SJHL Showcase continued on Monday in Warman,
The Yorkton Terriers dropped their Showcase opener, 5-3 to the Nipawin Hawks at the Legends Center.
Branden Klatt (2G), Jared Legien (1G 1A) and Brendan Mark led the way offensively for the Terriers while Ryan Ouellette made 31 saves in the loss.
The Terriers will be in action tonight (Tues) in Warman at 7PM when they battle the Flin Flon Bombers.
Meanwhile the Melville Millionaires also fell in their SJHL Showcase Opener on Monday, 4-0 to the Flin Flon Bombers.
Brandson Hein led the way for the Bombers with 2 goals and 1 assist while goaltender Pierce Diamond made 29 saves to earn his 1st SO in the SJHL.
Colby Entz was tagged with the loss after making 30 saves on 34 shots
The Mils have the day off today (Tues) before heading back up to Warman to wrap up their Showcase on Wednesday afternoon at 2PM when they take on the Humboldt Broncos.
