The Melville Millionaires won their 2nd straight as they used a 4 goal first period en route to a 6-3 win over the Humboldt Broncos on home ice.
Aaron Aragon had 2 goals while Teal Sobkowicz, Dayton Heino, Damian Bentz and Keegan Miligan also scored for the Moneymen.
Brandon Wells made 36 saves for the W in the Mils goal.
Mils next action will be on Wednesday night as they entertain the Nipawin Hawks at 7:30.
Elsewhere in the Battlefords,
The Yorkton Terriers started their 2 game weekend roady on the wrong foot, losing 8-3 to the North Stars in the Battlefords.
Regan Seiferling and Cole Keenleyside had the goals for the Terriers.
Yorkton continues their trip on Saturday as they visit the Kindersley Klippers
Also the Mils announced on Friday that they dealt 19 year old G Evan Plotnik and 19 year old F Drew Litwin to the Melfort Mustangs for a 2017 2nd round pick and futures.

In the MJHL,
Jason Cohan scored twice for Swan Valley but it wasn't enough as they fell to the Steinbach Pistons 4-3 in Swan River.
Jordie Valentino had the other marker while in his Stamps debut, Connor Slipp made 34 saves in the loss.
The Pistons win, is their 13th straight victory to start the season.
The Stamps go right back at it on Saturday as they host the Neepawa Natives.
Meanwhile in Selkirk,
Hayden Dola stopped all 37 shots he faced for the Selkirk Steelers as they blanked the Wayway Wolverines 2-0 on Friday night.
Liam Kroeker and Nathan Halvorsen scored late goals for the Steelers.
Wolverines netminder Hunter Lorensen made 22 saves in the losing cause.
Wayway's road trip continues on Saturday in the Manitoba capital as they visit the Winnipeg Blues at 7PM MB time
