The Yorkton Terriers won their 2nd straight on Saturday night as they came back to defeat the Weyburn Red Wings 3-2 in the shootout.
The Terriers were down 2-0, but goals by Corwin Stevely and Cody Illebrun (1st SJHL goal) tied things up at 2-2 and then the Terriers had all 3 players score in the shootout to lead them to the win.
Nathan Hargrave made 33 saves in his first game against his former team while Shaun Fleming turned aside 29 shots in the losing cause.
The Terriers return to action for a neutral site game on Thursday night in the hometown of Terriers' dman Tyler Baier, in Macklin as they take on the Kindersley Klippers.
Elsewhere in the SJHL,
The Melville Millionaires dropped their 3rd straight as they fell 3-2 to the La Ronge Ice Wolves.
Mathieu Jallabert and Aaron Aragon scored for the Mils while Brandon Wells made 24 saves in the loss.
The Mils return back to home ice on Wednesday night when they host the Notre Dame Hounds. GX94 will broadcast the game with Yorkton Dodge Junior Hockey pregame at 7:20 pxp at 7:30.

In the Manitoba Junior Hockey League,
The Swan Valley Stampeders gave up a late 3rd period lead as they dropped their 2nd straight on the road losing 3-2 to the Selkirk Steelers.
Jason Cohan and Jaden Townsend helped the Terriers gain a 2-1 lead but then 2 late goals by Connor Barley and Jake Dudar scored for the Steelers to help them to their 1 goal victory.
Brett Evans made 24 saves in the loss for the Stamps who are back in action on Wednesday night when they return to home ice taking on the Neepawa Natives.
Meantime in Wayway,
Matt Christian scored twice while former Wolverine Troy Martyniuk made 29 stops to lead the Winkler Flyers to a 5-1 win over the Wayway Wolverines.
Russell product Brayden Cullum also scored for the Flyers while Riley Martin scored the lone marker for Waywayseecappo.
Hunter Lorenson got the start for Wayway and made 34 saves on 39 shots.
Wolverines next game is today (Sun) at 4PM when they host the OCN Blizzard at the Wayway Arena Complex.
