Goethals named MJHL Player of the Month; Stamps trade Dyck to Kindersley

Stamps' Goethals named MJHL Player of the Month

The Manitoba Junior Hockey League came out on Tuesday with monthly award winners for November.

Swan Valley Stampeder 20 year old forward Brad Goethals was named the MJHL's Player of the Month.

The Ile des Chenes MB product had 17 points in 12 games in the month, highlighted by two game winning goals.

Currently this season, the former Saskatoon Blade has 12 goals and 30 points in 21 games.

Other monthly award winners were:

Defenceman of the Month- Caelan McPhee (Portage Terriers)

Goaltender of the Month- 
Dalton Dosch (Virden Oil Capitals)

Rookie of the Month- Owen Murray (Portage Terriers)

Peak Performer of the Month-
Xavier Halterman (Waywayseecappo Wolverines)

Stamps' trade Dyck to Kindersley (SJHL)
The Swan Valley Stampeders made a deal on Tuesday with SJHL's Kindersley Klippers.

The Stamps' dealt 18 year old defenceman Matthew Dyck to the Klippers for future considerations.

The Calgary, AB product played in 19 games with the Stampeders this season registering 7 assists .
