Hockey Canada changes names of age groups ahead of 2020/21hockey  season
Hockey Canada is changing its traditional age group names a year after some other sports organizations stopped using the terms.

The governing body of hockey in Canada announced that novice, peewee, atom, bantam and midget will be replaced by the ages of the players starting in the 2020/21 season.

Age change breakdown below:
