What the Mils, Terriers, Stampeders and Wolverines did at 2020 CJHL Trade Deadline?



MELVILLE MILLIONAIRES





The Melville Millionaires acquired D Sebastien Archambault (00) from the La Ronge Ice Wolves for a player development fee.


The 19 year old from Salmon Arm, BC had 1 assist in 15 games so far this season.



Meanwhile on Thursday the Mils sent a couple of 20 year old veterans out east.


The Moneymen traded D Jacob Bourchier to the Truro Bearcats (MaJHL) and F Max McPeak to the Campbellton Tigers (MaJHL) in exchange for both was a player development fee.

Bourchier (West Kelowna, BC) played in 93 career games as a Millionaire scoring 7 goals, 15 assists for 22 points while compiling 312 penalty minutes.

Meanwhile, McPeak (Edmonton, AB) scored 13 goals and 30 points in 80 career games in the SJHL while also compiling 412 penalty minutes.



The Mils also traded 20 year old F Zach Bannister (99) to the SJHL's Flin Flon Bombers in exchange for prospects F Connor Yager (03), D Kalem Parker (04) and a player development fee.

Bannister had 9 goals and 27 assists for 36 points in 39 games split the Mils and La Ronge Ice Wolves this season. 


Parker (Clavet, SK) has 10 points in 23 games with the Saskatoon Blazers (SMAAAHL) while Yager (Dundurn, SK) has 11 points in 25 games this season with the Saskatoon Contacts (SMAAAHL)



The Mils also added 19 year old F Kolton Leslie from the Portage Terriers for a player development feel. 


Leslie who hails from Fort St. John, BC had 6 points in 30 games split between the Terriers and the SJHL's Estevan Bruins

YORKTON TERRIERS





The Yorkton Terriers' have completed a trade with the MJHL's Waywayseecappo Wolverines'. 

The Terriers acquired 20 year old D Zach Ziegler from the Wolverines' in exchange for a player development fee. 

Ziegler, a White City SK product had 5 points in 18 games with the Minnesota Wilderness (NAHL) so far this season. 

With departure of goalie Ryan Ouellette to the Tri-City Storm (USHL), the Terriers traded a 5th round SJHL draft pick and futures to the Kindersley Klippers in exchane for 18 year old goaltender Matthew Pesenti (01). 


Pesenti who is from Saskatoon, had a 3-4 record with a 2.89GAA and a 0.918 SV% with the Klippers this season.

SWAN VALLEY STAMPEDERS




The Swan Valley Stampeders have picked up D Colton Sun (01) from the Selkirk Steelers in exchange for future considerations.

Sun, a West Vancouver BC product had 1G 2A for 3 points in 12 games for the Steelers after starting the season with the BCHL's Merritt Centennials


The Stampeders also traded 19 year old D Mattias Dal Monte to the Alberni Valley Bulldogs of the BCHL for future considerations.
The 19 year old from Nanaimo, BC played in 39 games with the Stampeders collecting 42 points (12G, 30A).

The Stampeders have acquired 19 year old G Parker Rey from the Battlefords North Stars of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League for futures. 
The 6’4” 174 lbs goaltender from Grand Blanc, MI, USA dressed in 14 games with the North Stars, compiling a 9-3-1 record with a 2.44 GAA and a .913 save percentage.



The Stampeders also acquire 19 year old D Danny Griffith from the Grand Falls Rapids (MaJHL) for futures.

The Nepean, Ontario product had 4 points in 19 games this season.

WAYWAYSEECAPPO WOLVERINES


  




The Waywayseecappo Wolverines acquired 20-year-old Goaltender, Colin Ahern from the AJHL’s Drumheller Dragons in exchange for future considerations.
In 12 games with Drumheller this season, the Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin native went 4-6-1-0 with a 2.88 goals-against average and .899 save percentage.


The Wolverines added F Alex Rivet (00) from the Maine Nordiques (NAHL)

In 27 games with the Nordiques this season, the Lewiston, Maine product had 8 points (3 goals, 5 assists)
