Selkirk (MJHL) parts ways with Hughes as their Head Coach

The Selkirk Steelers Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club announced today that the team and Head Coach Dustin  Hughes have parted ways.

Hughes assumed the head coaching position near the end of the 2016/17 season replacing Wayne Bartley.  Assistant Coach Nick Lubimiv has been appointed Head Coach. Hudson Friesen will remain as an assistant coach.
The Selkirk Steelers want to thank Dustin Hughes for his time with the hockey club and we wish him the best in his future endeavours.
The Steelers have 9 regular season games remaining.
