SUNDAY
The Yorkton Terriers had their 3 game win streak come to an end as they fell on Sunday, 4-3 in the overtime to the La Ronge Ice Wolves.
Connor Smith had couple goals for the Ice Wolves including the OT winner while former Terrier Matt Perkins and Mitch Zambon had the others.
Josh Dobberthien, Brendan Mark and Slater Strong replied for the Terriers.
Marek Pipes made 35 saves for the Ice Wolves to help them snap a 11 game losing streak while Terriers G Ben Laidlaw turned aside 29 shots in the loss.
The two teams will meet on Family Day Monday for a 2PM face-off at the Farrell Agencies Arena.

SATURDAY
IN MJHL,
Josh Tripp scored twice to lead the Swan Valley Stampeders to a 4-3 win over the Winkler Flyers.
Trevar Mann and Keaton Jameson had the other goals while Brett Evans made 40 saves for Swan in the win.
Will Blake, Weiland Parrish and Mitchell Dyck scored for the Flyers.
The Stamps next game will be on Monday afternoon when they visit the Waywayseecappo Wolverines. Pregame 3:50, pxp at 4PM with Yorkton Dodge Junior Hockey on GX94.

IN SJHL,
The Melville Millionaires perfect 6-0 record in overtime came to an end as they fell 2-1 in the extra period to the Kindersley Klippers.
Shane Sherban (MLV) and Keilan Olson (KIN) exchanged goals in regulation time before Olsom netted the overtime winner 2:21 in.
Justen Close made 36 saves in the win while Mils net minder Colby Entz turned aside 39 shots in the losing cause.
The Mils next game will be on Tuesday night when they host the La Ronge Ice Wolves. GX94 will broadcast the game with Yorkton Dodge Junior Hockey, pregame 7:20 pxp at 7:30.

In SJHL,
The Melville Millionaires and Yorkton Terriers both won on home ice on Friday night.
Cole Keenleyside had a Hat-Trick while Chantz Petruic had the other goal as the Terriers won their 3rd straight beating Kindersley 4-1.
Meanwhile the Mils got two goals from Cory Schillo as they beat the La Ronge Ice Wolves 4-1.
Eric Soar and Trevor Paradise had the other Mils goals.

IN MJHL,
The Swan Valley Stampeders fell on home ice, 5-1 to the Steinbach Pistons.
Brady Tatro, Will Koop, Mark Wilson, Riese Gaber and Drew Worrad scored for the Pistons.
Jaden Townsend had the lone goal for the Stamps.

Virden defeated Winkler 5-2
Portage doubled up Neepawa 6-3
